Contact Dr Oliver Duke-Williams
Oliver is based at University College London, and is a lecturer in the Department of Information Studies, where he is part of the Centre for Digital Humanities.
He is a Co-Investigator in the CALLS Hub, and is interested in harmonization of metadata across the three sister LSes. He is also a Co-Investigator in CeLSIUS, the research support unit for the ONS Longitudinal Study of England and Wales. Oliver is also a part of the Census Service team, which provides access to cross-sectional data from recent Censuses, as a Value Added Service element of the UK Data Service.
Oliver completed his PhD in Geography at the University of Leeds, and has research interests in the storage and processing of flow data, in disclosure control, in the design of databases and web services for accessing and analysing demographic data, and in contemporary internal migration processes in the UK.
